Dark Chocolate Banana Bread

I decided to make use of my over-ripened bananas by revisiting a banana bread recipe that a friend had recently shared with me. The recipe is unique in that it is the first vegan dessert I have attempted on my own. The best part of baking vegan, aside from creating a delicious product, is that I could snack on the batter without the guilt of risking exposure to E. coli 🙂
